This is a Grade 1 electrified cylindrical lock from the Falcon T Series. It is prepped for small format interchangeable cores and ships without the core. It fits doors that need electric control of the lever, and the lever can be reversed in the field. Falcon is an Allegion brand. Part T881BD Q 626 24V is the Fail Secure, SFIC Prep Less Core, 6 to 7 Pins, Quantum Lever, 3-1/2 Rose Diameter, Field Reversible version in Satin Chrome.
