Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your order, so if you have any issues at all, please contact us and we'll work swiftly to make it right.
Any single item can be authorized for return within 30 days of invoice with a 35% restocking fee, provided it is a stock item in new, unused and in resalable condition.
No items will be accepted for credit if the following criteria are not met:
- Manufacturers boxes must be clean, unmarked, and in good condition in order to protect the items.
- All items must be packed in shipping cartons with appropriate packing material.
- Products must be returned complete with all components, screw packs, etc.
- Return Material Authorization (RMA) paperwork must be included with the return.
- Products must arrive back within 30 days of the request
TML will not provide freight for any items being returned.
Once the return is received and processed a refund will be issued minus a 35% restocking fee.
