Overview
The Rixson 117 is a 3/4 inch offset pivot set that carries a door on a pivot instead of butt hinges. It mounts at the bottom corner of the door and frame to swing the door on an offset pivot point. Use it on openings that need pivot hung doors. Part 117 LH 626 is the Includes 180 Top Pivot, Left-Handed version in Satin Chromium.
