This is a concealed vertical cable exit device for swinging doors. The cable linkage runs inside the door, so the face shows only the touchbar and a clean profile. It gives building occupants a push-bar exit and suits openings where exposed vertical rods are not wanted. Von Duprin is an Allegion brand. Part 9849L-NL-12 3 32D LHR is the 36 Device, 82 to 96 Door Height, Night Latch Function, 12 Lever with Escutcheon, Hex Dogging, Field Reversible version in Satin Stainless Steel.
